In a recent Zoom meeting with other New England yarn shops, the host said, "In this challenging and heart-breaking time, the universe is challenging us to look at ourselves and ask how can we be better." Of course, this statement can be taken in many ways and reflected upon on so many levels. To us, it made us look at what we do, and has given us the opportunity to see how we can serve our customers better.
Currently, we are working behind the scenes to improve the online shopping experience for customers and installing a new point of sale program at the shop. We are redesigning our Heavenly Yarns website and newsletter, which are a work in progress. We are also researching online video platforms that can allow us to help you with your individual project or shopping experience, for those of you who cannot get into our brick and mortar shop.
We offer free shipping on a purchase of $40 or more. This is for orders placed over the phone or through our website until the end of June. (Use code LOVEMAINE in the discount code box at the checkout.) There is even an option on our website for curbside pickup too!
We continue to offer curbside pickup with phone orders.
We are resuming our regular hours: Monday through Thursday 10 am-6 pm, Friday and Saturday 10 am-5 pm and Sundays 11 am-4 pm.
