We can now keep track of your purchases in our new point of sale program if you would like us to. This can be helpful if, for example, you are always trying to remember the name of that yarn you bought months ago. Just let us know and we will add your name to your next purchase. Unfortunately, one thing we can no longer do is to keep customer house accounts of store credits and debits. We are also unable to take returns without a sales receipt. This has to do with the new system, and we cannot override it in any way. Speaking of returns, since this spring we have not allowed returns due to COVID-19. We will now accept returns made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Thank you for your patience as we try and balance individual needs with community safety.
