In prior years, the first weekend in December was a busy one for downtown businesses as customers from far and near would have fun shopping in downtown Belfast.
Because we cannot pack the stores this year, Our Town Belfast came up with an alternate plan. It is a passport program. Pick up a passport from us, then visit a minimum of four more stores or restaurants and then enter your passport for a raffle to win gift certificates from downtown businesses.
