Stockton Springs artist Anne Spencer will be the March Guest Artist at Local Color Gallery (which is located next door to us) this month. She received a degree in Fine Arts at Wilson College and an MA in the Interdisciplinary Program of Liberal Studies at University of Maine, Orono.
